Self-centering steady rests are the result of our constant study and research about solutions for problem about clamping the workpiece during turning operations. The main features of these steady rest is to allow, with a single set of arms, a wide clamping range keeping reduced dimensions. The centralized lubrication system and the pressurization air inside the steady rest provides a long service life and precision unchanged over time.
The series is composed by TEN sizes with different dimensions and different clamping range in or-der to offer at the customer the widest choice on the market.
Special bezels are also available.
OMAP Triblock was born in 1963 in Ponte Nelle Alpi (Belluno – Italy) and it is specialized in producing chucks and clamping solutions for machine tools.
