TECHNICAL DATA
All the materials used are closely selected to guarantee and preserve high quality and precision. After carburizing, hardening and tempering, each single element is subjected to Rockwell C test. Triblock’s bodies and covers are produced of high resistance and special Meehanite cast-iron, while pinions, jaws, keys and wrenches are made of NiCrMo5 steel and obtained through pressing, rolling and forging. Soft top jaws are made of C40 steel.
OMAP Triblock self-centering chucks have been used by most of best companies for over than 50 years. Every detail of the kinematic mechanism is grind-finished, in order to minimize any concentricity or flatness error. Each chuck is carefully tested according to Stanimuc standards (Italian Standard Institute) and delivered with a testing report duly filled out.
Each Triblock chuck has been thought and made in order to help the functionality of tools. All the versions provided in our range of offer will be able to satisfy every technical need. With their set of accessories, Triblock self-centering chucks are suitable both for mass work and tooling.
Each detail of our chucks has been designed in order to minimise ageing, wear or deformation, providing excellent sturdiness even when the tool is subjected to heavy work.
The twisting moment normally applied on the wrench supplied with Triblock chuck guarantees safe clamping. In order to clamp irregular parts also 2-3-4 radial T-grooves are made on the body on request.
Thanks to our warehouse, we are able to supply every spare part for our chucks. The guarantee covers failure due to workmanship faults only.
Each Triblock chuck has been delivered with a test certificate duly filled out and signed, together with an “assembling instructions” manual.
